Description
Reale Construction Company is seeking proposals by NYS Certified M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors, suppliers, services and trucking companies for the Moriah Phase1B Sewer District #1 Collection System Upgrades. This project bids on August 6, 2026. We would appreciate receiving proposals by noon on August 5, 2026.
The Project includes the following Work:• Open-cut installation of approximately 1250 linear feet of 8-inch SDR35 PVC, 750 linear feetof 10-inch SDR35 PVC, 1600 linear feet of 12-inch SDR35 PVC, and 150 linear feet of 10-inchC900 PVC gravity sanitary sewer piping. This includes the installation of approximately 20precast concrete sanitary sewer manholes.• Open-cut installation of approximately 35 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE storm sewer piping.• Replacement of approximately 13 sewer laterals to the property line and connections toexisting laterals with new cleanouts.• Abandonment and removal of approximately 3250 linear feet of various gravity sanitarysewer piping and 13 manholes. Abandonment-in-place of approximately 600 linear feet ofvarious gravity sanitary sewer piping.• Rehabilitation of approximately 200 linear feet of elevated piping with cured-in-place liningand exterior pipe coating system along Joyce Road. Installation of approximately 200 linearfeet of heat tracing with controls and electrical connections, and pipe insulation.• Associated site work restoration, temporary maintenance of wastewater flows, erosion andsediment control measures, and work zone traffic control. Alternate 1• Installation of approximately 200 linear feet of 10-inch diameter pre-insulated ductile irongravity sewer piping, including installation of concrete footings and steel superstructure tosupport above-grade sewer pipe aerial crossing on Joyce Road.• Removal and disposal of the existing above-grade 10-inch gravity sewer main and existingpipe supports.• Deduction of the 200 LF base bid pipe insulation, cured-in-place lining, and exterior pipecoating system for the existing above-grade sewer main rehabilitation.
