Description
The Calvert County Public Schools are seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive feasibility assessment for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems at 14 school locations. The selected vendor will provide site evaluations, review electrical infrastructure, assess roof condition, and provide written feasibility reports for each site. The assessment should include solar generation modeling, preliminary system sizing recommendations, and evaluation of incentives and funding opportunities. The vendor will be selected based on the best overall value to the district, considering both price and non-price factors.
• The assessment will cover 14 school locations in Calvert County, Maryland
• The vendor will provide firm fixed pricing, description of methodology, and relevant experience with similar K-12 or public sector projects
• The project timeline and key personnel qualifications will also be considered in the evaluation
• The Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and may request clarifications or additional information from vendors
