Description
The Navajo Nation, using Fiscal Recovery Funds, seeks a qualified contractor to replace the two existing rooftop packaged HVAC units at the Iyanbito Chapter House. The work includes on‑site assessment, removal and disposal of the old units, installation of two new 5‑ton rooftop units with associated roof curbs, electrical and gas connections, ductwork inspection and repair, thermostat programming, and a separate preventative‑maintenance proposal. Attendance at a mandatory pre‑bid site visit is required, and proposals must be submitted by the deadline.
• Remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC equipment, including refrigerants.
• Supply and install two new rooftop packaged HVAC units, roof curbs, disconnects, gas lines, and complete ductwork sealing.
• Provide detailed documentation, warranties, and a separate preventative‑maintenance cost proposal.
