Tri Dam Power Authority Sand Bar Power Pole Replacement

The Tri-Dam Power Authority is seeking a qualified high-voltage contractor to replace 24 existing 115kV transmission structures, associated insulators, and four 20” marker balls on the Sandbar 115kV lines. The project aims to refresh key components and bring the infrastructure in line with current industry trends. The contractor must have experience in high-voltage contracting, pole installation, and transmission conductor stringing. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed. • The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, demobilization, and all work required to complete the project. • The contractor must have a valid California Class "A" Contractor's License. • The contractor must have successfully completed at least three projects of comparable size and scope within the past five years. • The contractor must provide personnel with expertise and experience in high-voltage safety, pole installation, and transmission conductor stringing. • The contractor must have no personal or organizational conflicts of interest.
