Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to refurbish, repair, and paint the exterior maintenance building at the TKO VOR in Mankato, Kansas. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees, and supervision necessary to perform the work. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price type construction contract.
• The contractor must have a complete set of plans and specifications on-site and available for the FAA's use.
• The contractor must perform at least 51% of the work on-site.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and schedule for the project.
• The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) on the date established for receipt of offers.
