Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) is soliciting a competitive quotation for the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7) for the replacement of Electrical Grade Sheeting in 02-93-0-C. The work will be performed at the Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. The period of performance is from 17 Aug 2026 to 30 Nov 2026. The contractor must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region.
• The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
• The contractor must agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order.
• The contractor must provide a price breakdown of the proposal.
• The contractor must certify that they currently hold an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region.
