Naloxone Oral Syringes

The Department of Pharmacy at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) is requesting a base plus 4 year (5 years total) contract for 1,413 Naloxone oral syringes annually. The contract is for naloxone oral syringes used by the inpatient section to provide to patients. The syringes must be packaged in an oral syringe with a tamper-evident cap without a luer lock tip, labeled for oral use only, and have a beyond-use date of no less than 30 days. • The contract requires the delivery of 1,413 naloxone oral syringes per year for 5 years. • The syringes must meet specific packaging and labeling requirements. • The contractor is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier. • The contract includes clauses related to item unique identification, reporting, and verification.
