Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide bulk liquid oxygen, tank rentals, and telemetry monitoring services. The contractor will deliver oxygen as needed to ensure the facility has a sufficient supply on hand at all times. The contractor will also maintain the installed telemetry unit for the bulk oxygen main tank on an annual basis. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four optional one-year periods. The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to be eligible for this contract.
Key responsibilities of the contractor include:
* Delivering oxygen to the contractor-owned bulk storage tank as needed
* Maintaining the installed telemetry unit for the bulk oxygen main tank
* Providing telemetry readings to the facility
* Ensuring compliance with applicable Federal, state, and local regulations
* Providing documentation for deliveries and services
