This solicitation seeks a qualified small‑business electrical contractor to design, supply, install, test, and commission Level‑2 electric‑vehicle charging stations (EVSE) at two state‑owned sites in Tracy and Stockton, California. The scope includes all labor, materials, trenching, concrete pad construction, fire‑stop work, ADA‑accessible charging ports, signage, and associated site restoration, plus required performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price. The project is limited to firms holding a C‑10 electrical contractor license and must comply with prevailing‑wage (DIR) rates, California Air Resources Board diesel‑fleet regulations, and GenAI disclosure requirements.
