The Town of Stoughton is requesting qualifications of trade contractors for a Construction Manager at Risk Project. This project involves the construction of a new elementary school and requires various trades, including masonry, ornamental iron, waterproofing, damproofing, caulking, roofing, flashing, metal windows, glass and glazing, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and electrical. The response to this RFQ is the first step in a two-phase procurement process.
