The City of Santa Rosa is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning, de‑watering, and material removal services for Anaerobic Digester #1 at its wastewater treatment plant. The work includes draining the 1.16‑million‑gallon concrete digester, screening and de‑watering the sludge to ≤ 15 % solids, transporting solid waste to a City‑provided dumpster, discharging de‑watered slurry to an on‑site holding pond, and performing a thorough internal hose‑clean of the tank and associated galleries.
