Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Delivery

The County of Escambia, Florida, is seeking bids for the delivery of fuel, including gasoline, dyed diesel, and clear diesel. The contractor will be required to provide daily reports, deliver fuel to specified sites within 24 hours, and add an antimicrobial diesel additive to every delivery of diesel fuel. The contract term will be for 36 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. • The contractor must have an office within 100 miles of 601 Highway 297A, Cantonment, Florida, and be capable of responding to fuel deliveries within three hours. • The contractor must provide a copy of the daily OPIS PAD 1 Report for the Pensacola, Florida Terminal to the County Fuels Manager. • The contractor must deliver fuel to specified sites within 24 hours. • The contractor must add an antimicrobial diesel additive to every delivery of diesel fuel. • The contract term will be for 36 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
