Thermally Insulating Waveguide

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking quotations for thermally insulating waveguides. The requirements for the line items to be acquired are specified in the attached Attachment B Specifications document. Quoters must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for the line items, which include WR-10, WR-6.5, WR-4.3, and WR-3.4 thermally insulating waveguides. The quotation must conform to the solicitation provisions and clauses, and be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided. • The quotation must be clearly and concisely written, and be neatly and logically assembled. • The quotation must be divided into distinct volumes, including Volume I - Technical Quotation, Volume II - Price Quotation, and Volume III - Terms and Conditions. • Quoters must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. • The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
