The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Service Unit intends to restrict competition and negotiate an award with SIEMENS INDUSTRY INC for Preventative Maintenance Services for their existing Siemens Building Automation System (BAS). The system provides centralized control and monitoring of the hospital's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Only SIEMENS has the required access, technical expertise, and manufacturer authorization to perform the required maintenance, repairs, and programming without compromising system integrity or warranty requirements. • The projected period of performance is a base year plus two option periods. • The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333415. • The Crownpoint Healthcare Facility currently operates a SIEMENS Building Automation System (BAS). • The system is proprietary and subject to exclusive licensing agreements. • Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than July 25th, 2026, via email to [email protected].
