The City of Cincinnati’s Department of Finance – Treasury is seeking a qualified investment‑management firm to manage up to $300 million of its fixed‑income portfolio, provide advisory services to the City Treasurer, review and develop investment policy, and deliver regular performance reporting. The contract is for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the fee structure is open (flat fee, basis‑points, or hybrid). The firm must have >$10 billion in assets under management, meet insurance and registration requirements, and submit all proposals through the Bonfire electronic portal. • Manage a separate fixed‑income portfolio (≈ $300 M) and provide ongoing investment consulting. • Conduct policy review, diversification strategy development, and annual/quarterly reporting to the Investment Committee. • Meet eligibility criteria: >$10 B AUM, registration in City’s Vendor Self‑Service system, required insurance coverages, and DEI 147 form submission. • Submit proposal by 22 July 2026 12:00 pm ET via Bonfire; questions due by 30 June 2026 12:00 pm ET.
