Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to perform complete janitorial services in approximately 2400 sq. ft. of main office space at the DNR Backus Forestry Area Office and approximately 600 sq. ft. of main office space at the DNR Washburn Lake Forestry Office. The duties include vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows, and cleaning walls. Frequency of cleaning the Backus DNR Forestry Office is one cleaning per week for a total of 52 cleanings per year. Frequency of cleaning the Washburn Lake DNR Forestry Office is one cleaning per month for a total of 12 cleanings per year.
• The contract will be for a period of one year, from the issuance of a signed State Purchase Order and Receipt of Notice to Proceed letter, and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their certificate of insurance prior to beginning work.
• The contractor must comply with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources’ Criminal Background Check Policy.
• The contractor must follow all specifications and conditions outlined in the solicitation document.
