Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive inventory of plumbing and irrigation supplies on an annual basis, with the option to extend the contract up to five years. The vendor must maintain 80 % of listed items in stock for immediate pickup, deliver or allow pickup of items, and provide all pricing, including any freight or delivery costs, in a single cost‑proposal spreadsheet. The contract is awarded by the City Council after a weighted technical and cost evaluation.
• Scope: Over 200 line items covering valves, fittings, faucets, pipe, irrigation controllers, sprinklers, and related accessories.

• Evaluation: 45 % qualifications & service plan, 35 % client work history, 15 % cost proposal, 5 % other.
