RRC Training

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide In-Person training for RRC staff in the GROW Wisdom group and virtual training for Railroad College University (RRCU). GROW Wisdom is the last phase of three distinct phases of the RRC GROW Program, a progressive leadership skills program. The RRC employees that are part of the GROW Wisdom program are for top-level leadership. Class attendees will consist of five (5) RRC attendees. RRCU is an internal online training system that the RRC uses for all agency personnel. Some key points to consider: * The training will be for top-level leadership * The training will be in-person for GROW Wisdom and virtual for RRCU * The RRC GROW Program has three distinct phases * The training is for RRC staff and RRCU * The vendor should have experience in providing similar training services
