Noble Correctional Laars boiler heat exchanger

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction is seeking bids to repair leaking Laars boilers at Noble Correctional. The need is urgent as they are currently using portable boilers to heat 4 buildings. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must submit a complete, competitive sealed bid that includes responses to all required components of the Invitation to Bid. The bid must be received by the Department of Rehabilitation no later than 4:00:00 p.m. Columbus, Ohio time on the Bid Closing Date. • The bid must include all required components of the Invitation to Bid. • The bidder must be responsive and responsible. • The bid must be received by the Bid Closing Date. • The contract will be firm for 90 days. • The bidder must not have been the subject of any government action to limit their right to do business with the government within the last 7 years.
