Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking a vendor to provide Command Professional Edition Regular Client (Premium) software licenses for a period of 12 months. The software is required to support war games and tabletop exercises, and the contractor will be responsible for ensuring the software is compatible with the latest version of Microsoft Windows and providing technical support and updates as needed. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
