Description
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) OCIO is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors who can sustain, enhance, and architect a large‑scale, multi‑cloud AI and data ecosystem (the STELLA platform) and design the future “Agentic Software Factory.” The effort will cover 24/7 operations & maintenance, continuous AI model integration, data‑lakehouse management, AI governance, security/ATO maintenance, and strategic enterprise architecture. Respondents must answer twelve numbered questions via a Microsoft Form, may submit up to two supplemental PDF pages, and can optionally provide proprietary information. ICE is exploring contract structures, vehicle options, and multi‑vendor approaches but has not yet set aside any portion of the award.
