Luzerne County is seeking proposals for Legal Advertising for Luzerne County and the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Department. The contract period will be for one year with a possible one-year extension at the County’s discretion. The contract start date is 1/1/2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide legal advertising services, including publishing legal notices and other advertisements.
