Signage for City Annex Building

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking bids for interior and illuminated exterior signage for the City Annex building. The project includes the installation of dimensional letter signs and panel signage, including room and door signs, emergency evacuation maps, and directories. The signs must comply with ADA Standards and ICC A117.1. The contractor will be responsible for verifying that substrate surfaces are ready to receive work, installing signs in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and protecting signs from damage until the Date of Substantial Completion. Some key points to consider: • The City will only accept bids submitted through the City’s Online E-Procurement portal system. • Suppliers are solely responsible for correctly submitting their response into the electronic system. • Bids will be evaluated promptly after opening, and a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all companies who submitted a bid. • The contract may include a 60-day period during which bids may not be modified or withdrawn.
