The US Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Vermont for the operation of a NADP/NTN wet atmospheric monitoring station. The operation requires weekly site visits to collect and process precipitation samples, transmit associated data, and perform routine instrument checks and maintenance. The contract is for a cooperatively supported station between the USGS and the site owner and operator.
