Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to manage and maintain the current and new inventory for Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wireless (TOW) missile systems and Bradley Fighting Vehicle Family of Systems and its variants. The contractor shall secure and manage the parts necessary to support ongoing contractor product support efforts for the Bradley family of vehicles. The proposal shall include inventory management, material support, and shipping support. The contractor shall provide necessary material handling equipment and trained personnel to safely move and store government-furnished material (GFM). A list of the current inventory can be found in the attachment “Annex – Spares Listing for UBI A6.”
Key responsibilities include:
• Receipt and inspection of incoming GFM shipments
• Inventory management and maintenance of accurate inventory records
• Secure storage of GFM
• Preparing shipments of GFM
• Providing biweekly inventory reports
