Skyview Park Project

The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed firms to provide construction services for the Skyview Park Project. The project involves the construction of a park, with the scope of work outlined in Attachment B. The town is looking for vendors with experience in providing similar services to municipalities or other entities of a similar size. The vendor must demonstrate successful completion of at least three similar projects within the past 60 months. The proposal should include a detailed description of the vendor's experience, a project schedule, and a price sheet. • The town reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary. • The town will accept sealed proposals for the services specified in the scope of work. • The proposal should be submitted with a cover letter with an original ink signature or a compliant digital signature. • The proposal should be a maximum of 15 pages, excluding resumes. • The town will evaluate proposals based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP, including experience and qualifications, project schedule, pricing, and familiarity with the local community.
