REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR A CLIMBING WALL RECONSTRUCTION AT THE CHAPEL HILL COMMUNITY CENTER

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking a design-build team to provide professional design and construction services for the reconstruction of the climbing wall at the Chapel Hill Community Center. The selected team will be responsible for attending and leading a community input meeting, demolishing and removing the existing climbing wall structure, designing and constructing a new climbing wall system, and providing construction administration services. The team must have experience with similar projects, including climbing wall design and construction, and must be familiar with local building codes and permitting processes.
