The California Department of Justice is seeking quotations for the provision of Axon Body 4 cameras, accessories, and warranties. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with an option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment and services to meet the Department's requirements. • The bidder must provide a completed Attachment A - Cost Worksheet, which must be complete with pricing for all items requested.
• The bidder must also provide a Bidder Declaration, which must identify all subcontractors proposed for participation in the contract.
