The College is seeking quotes for new photography equipment to support its academic programs. Vendors must provide brand‑new Canon RF lenses and Godox flash kits, ship them to the campus by mid‑October, and include all freight costs in their pricing. The award may be made on an item‑by‑item basis, with the option for the College to purchase additional quantities through March 2027 and possibly extend the contract to March 2029.
• Required items: 2 Canon RF 100 mm F2.8 Macro lenses, 1 Canon RF 24‑70 f/2.8 L IS lens, and 15 Godox AD200 flash accessory kits.
• Delivery must occur on or before October 15, 2026; all pricing must be FOB Destination, prepaid, and remain valid for 60 days.
