Sustainment Support (Repair, Spares, and Engineering Services) for AN/GSM-397 Systems

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing repair, manufacturing, sustaining engineering, software support, program management, and related services for the AN/GSM-397 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS) and associated components supporting the F-15 aircraft. The Government is looking for companies that can provide these services, and respondents are encouraged to identify any Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS), modified COTS, Nondevelopmental Item (NDI), or commercial service approaches applicable to this requirement. • The effort includes repair, manufacturing, sustaining engineering, software support, program management, and related services for the AN/GSM-397 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS) and associated components. • The Government possesses Design Authority and Document Change Authority but lacks proprietary technical data, software, drawings, schematics, source code, interface documentation, or depot-level test procedures. • The list of currently forecasted items associated with this effort is provided in Attachment 1, 410th_RFI_List_of_NSNs_7-27-26, and is subject to change. • The Contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tooling, software, test equipment, engineering support, and services required to perform this effort.
