The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Communications Branch is issuing a Notice of Intent to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Innovasea Systems, Inc. for acoustic telemetry receivers and tags that are compatible with the Great Lakes Acoustic Telemetry Observation System (GLATOS).
