The City of Westery, Rhode Island is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Bradford Recreation Complex Phase I at 15 Church Street. The bid package includes full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings (ITB 27‑22) and specifies compliance with Rhode Island State Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Codes (2021‑2023 editions). Scope of work covers site preparation, footings, reinforced concrete, CMU masonry walls, roof framing, exterior cladding, interior finishes, ADA‑compliant restrooms, mechanical and electrical systems, and all required special inspections. The contractor must provide general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, verify submittals, and coordinate with ROMTEC and PSE Consulting Engineers for design clarifications.
