Snow Services for City Event

The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified vendor to provide manufactured snow for a seasonal community event under a three-year contract agreement. The event will include a snow play area, a multi-lane sledding hill, and an added snowboard demonstration lane, requiring approximately 115 tons of snow. The selected vendor will be responsible for the delivery and installation of manufactured snow, as well as the construction of the sledding lanes and snow play area. Key considerations include safety, high-quality snow, durable construction of the activity areas, timely delivery, and reliable service. • The contract term is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, with two one-year renewal terms. • The vendor must provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services to complete the project. • The City will require the vendor to have the necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to perform the work. • The vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
