Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier for Legal Sole Source Publications through a Quick Quote process. The solicitation includes standard terms and conditions, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness, and inspect products before accepting them.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
