Spring Drive & Four Lakes Drive, Thermoform Pipe Lining

The City of Easley is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate damaged storm‑water pipes using a Thermoform CIPP (Cure‑in‑Place Pipe) lining method. Work includes cleaning, preparation, and installation of pipe‑lining for multiple pipe sections on Spring Drive and Four Lakes Drive. The effort covers roughly 600 linear feet of various pipe diameters, demanding expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, safety compliance, and coordination with municipal utilities. • Scope: cleaning and prep of 15” RCP (90 lf), 18” CMP (255 lf), and 24” pipe (255 lf) followed by Thermoform CIPP installation. • Delivery: sealed, competitive RFP with submission deadline July 1, 2026. • Requirements: qualified contractor with proven CIPP experience, ability to mobilize equipment, and compliance with city specifications.
