Description
Camden County College seeks a qualified vendor to provide an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with integrated Human Resources functionality. The contract will cover the delivery of a cloud‑ or on‑premises software platform, full implementation services (configuration, data migration, integration with existing college systems), staff training, and ongoing technical support for the three‑year term. The college will evaluate proposals based on usability, keyword parsing, workflow automation, integration ability, reporting, implementation plan, support responsiveness, experience in higher‑education, and total cost of ownership.
• Supply and license of a fully functional ATS suitable for higher‑education recruiting.
• Implementation services including configuration, data migration, integration with campus/HR systems, and user training.
• Ongoing support, updates, and maintenance throughout the contract term (plus optional one‑year renewal).
• Compliance reporting and ability to handle high‑volume hiring and committee review processes.
