Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors for the provision of Police Portable Security Radios, Accessories, & Installation. The contractor will be required to provide the equipment and installation services for the Batavia and Buffalo VA Medical Centers. The contractor must be able to provide a made in America item(s) for the purchase of Police Portable Security Radios & Install.
Some of the key features of the required equipment include:
• APX NEXT portable radios
• LTE with active service
• Astro digital CAI operation
• Smartzone operation
• AES/DES-XL/DES-OFB encryption
• Submersible (delta T)
• Multikey operation
• P25 9600 baud trunking
• Smartzone omnilink
• Viqi VC radio operation
The contractor must also provide a brief capability statement, including company information, point of contact, and delivery time of equipment.
