RFQ 902675 Landscape Maintenance Services Project for Stanley Boulevard

The County of Alameda is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for a three-mile section of Stanley Boulevard. The services required include maintenance of plants, trees, groundcovers, shrubs, irrigation systems, and other landscape elements. The contractor must have experience in providing landscape maintenance services on medians and roadways and must possess a valid C-27 California Contractor License and a California Department of Industrial Relations Public Works Contract registration. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for two years. • The contractor must provide weekly landscape maintenance services, including weeding, trash removal, and tree pruning. • The contractor must inspect and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, and sprinkler heads. • The contractor must provide pest management services, including inspections and treatments for disease and insect infestations. • The contractor must maintain a certified arborist on staff and have immediate access to a licensed California Pest Control Advisor. • The contractor must provide monthly reports, including a schedule of work performed, personnel hours, and any repairs or issues identified.
