Aging Partners Roof Replacement Building 2 and Building 45

The City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission is seeking bids for the replacement of roofs on Building 2 and Building 45 at the Aging Partners Victory Park location. The project includes selective demolition and replacement of the existing roof membrane and roof shingles. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled, and all interested bidders are encouraged to attend. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract with a General Contractor. • The project requires compliance with various standards and regulations, including ASTM and ANSI standards. • The contractor must provide a schedule of values and submit it to the Architect at the earliest possible date. • The contractor must also provide product data, including drawings and descriptions of products and fabrication and installation procedures. • The project includes alternates, such as the removal of exterior duct riser housing and ducts, and the addition of fans to existing roof relief vents. • The contractor must comply with the City of Lincoln Purchasing General Requirements and the Contract Documents. • The project requires coordination with the Owner and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth construction process.
