Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the selection of a general contractor to provide general construction and construction administration services for the Water Improvements at El Paso Psychiatric Center project. The project includes the construction of an additional domestic water service line to the El Paso Psychiatric Hospital. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new service line from the meter to the final connection inside the building. The project estimate is approximately $300,000.00.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal webinar and a mandatory site visit.
• The deadline for submitting questions is March 16, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
• The deadline for submitting proposals is April 7, 2026, by 10:30 a.m. Central Time.
• The anticipated notice of award is July 1, 2026.
• The anticipated contract start date is August 1, 2026.
