Description
The Dodge County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the FY 2026 LRA (Local Road Assistance) project, which consists of various construction items including traffic control, asphalt leveling, deep patching, bituminous tack coat, and resurfacing on 5 county roads. The project bid package documents may be obtained at the Dodge County Board of Commissioners office or by email. The bid package includes all documents, instructions to bidders, and project specifications. The bidder must examine the site of the work, read and understand the documents, specifications, and contract documents, and inform themselves fully in regard to all conditions and requirements pertaining to the work.
• The project includes improvements to 5 county roads: Ben Giddens Road, Pinecrest Drive, Jessica Lane, Arthur Cooper Road, and Nicholson-Carr Road.
• The project requires the bidder to perform an onsite visit to become familiar with the proposed project and to become familiar with all project requirements.
• The project bid package documents may be obtained at the Dodge County Board of Commissioners office or by email.
• The bidder must submit one hard copy and one electronic copy of the complete bid package.
• The bidder must furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work shown, indicated, and specified in the documents, specifications, and bid schedule.
