The Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a single‑prime contractor to design‑build a new 21,400 sf public‑safety facility and an adjacent coroner’s building in Owensboro, KY. The scope includes site grading, utility extensions, concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, metal‑building systems, interior finishes, fire‑suppression, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, storm‑shelter doors, bullet‑resistant doors, and extensive access‑control hardware.
