Description
Auraria Campus is seeking on-call service providers for small construction projects. The selected contractors will provide general contracting and maintenance services for various trades, including general contracting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and more. The projects will be located on the Auraria Campus, which includes the Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and the University of Colorado-Denver. The term of the contract will be for one fiscal year, commencing on July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2027.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing general contracting and maintenance services for various trades
• Working on projects with values ranging from $50,000 to $500,000
• Providing labor, materials, and schedule for each project
• Maintaining insurance coverage as described in the attached Insurance Requirements
• Complying with all applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations involving non-discrimination
• Providing a project manager, superintendent, and foreman with the necessary qualifications and experience
• Submitting a proposal that includes all required documentation, including proof of licenses, certifications, and experience
