Property and Casualty Insurance Broker Services

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking Proposals for Property and Casualty Insurance Broker Services. The selected BIDDER will be required to provide insurance brokerage services to the BWL. The Proposals will be evaluated based on factors such as responsiveness, price, time of completion, exceptions to the Proposal Documents, financial stability, recent and past experience, and similar factors. The BWL reserves the right to reject any Proposal, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part. • The Proposals must be prepared in full accordance with the Proposal Documents. • The Proposals must include all cost provisions of the complete Scope of Work and all requirements under the RFP. • The BIDDER shall be prepared to make a presentation at the BWL’s request on its Proposal and to answer questions. • The BIDDER shall assess and determine the availability of necessary labor and the prevailing wages applicable to that workforce. • The BIDDER shall assess and determine the availability of materials and equipment necessary to fulfill the contract in a complete and timely manner.
