Independent Cost Estimating Services

The City of Greeley is seeking independent cost estimating services for four upcoming projects over the next 10 years. The projects include the MERGE Project, Greeley Downtown Improvements, 12th Street and 7th Street Railroad Crossings, and the US-34/Weld County Road 17 Interchange. The selected consultant will provide independent cost estimates, variance analysis, and negotiation support for the projects. The consultant will also ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Davis-Bacon wage provisions and Buy America compliance. • The MERGE Project is a multimodal infrastructure initiative that includes grade-separated interchanges, auxiliary lanes, and a regional mobility hub. • Greeley Downtown Improvements include stormwater system upgrades, relocation of dry utilities, and reconstruction of streets. • 12th Street and 7th Street Railroad Crossings involve constructing subsurface storm outfall infrastructure beneath the Union Pacific Railroad. • The US-34/Weld County Road 17 Interchange project includes a grade-separated interchange and an overpass bridge.
