Description
The Town of Boone is seeking bids for the construction of the Winkler Creek Raw Water Intake Dredging project. The project includes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for dredging, erosion control, stream crossing, haul road installation, dewatering, hauling off dredge material, reclamation, fence replacement, and gate installation.
• The project requires bidders to include an Affidavit attesting to compliance with E-Verify and an Iran Divestment Certification.
• Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal for failure to comply with all requirements of the notice or contract documents.
• Minority and Women Business Enterprises are invited and encouraged to bid.
