Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate the kitchen in Building F at USCG Station San Diego. The scope includes demolition of existing finishes, installation of new cabinetry, countertops, stainless‑steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave, portable refrigerator), new electrical outlets, a new garbage disposal, sump pump, and a single‑basin stainless‑steel sink, as well as complete wall preparation, painting, and final testing/commissioning. The work must comply with Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage rules, Cal/OSHA lead and asbestos regulations, and be completed within 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contract is set‑aside for total small businesses.

• Period of performance: 60 days, Mon‑Fri 0800‑1600, excluding federal holidays
