Greenville County seeks a comprehensive, turn‑key tax and auditor software solution to replace its legacy system. The vendor must provide data migration, full GIS integration, bill creation, payment processing, reporting, training, and 24/7 support, with a focus on strong responsiveness and compliance with South Carolina legislation. Preference is given to vendors already serving other SC counties. The contract will be awarded tentatively on 20 Nov 2026, with work expected to begin after a notice to proceed on 4 Jan 2027. • Replace aging tax/auditor software with a modern, fully integrated system • Migrate historical and current tax data, maintain entity records, and support complex billing workflows • Provide GIS, valuation, and Munis financial system interfaces • Enable online/phone/print payment processing, receipts, and refund handling • Deliver on‑site and remote training, plus 24/7 technical support with 1‑hour response time • Submit detailed pricing, qualifications, references (incl. SC government), and implementation schedule • Must meet insurance, cyber‑liability, and compliance requirements outlined in the RFP.
