On-Site Calibration of Equipment

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for the on-site calibration of 266 pieces of various lab equipment from 15+ different manufacturers. The contract will be awarded to Cornerstone Metrology Service, Inc., as they are the only vendor able to perform on-site calibration on the various pieces of equipment and maintain continued results from prior calibrations uninterrupted. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The scope of work includes the calibration of equipment from various manufacturers, and the contractor must be able to perform the work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. • The contract is for a firm fixed price. • The contractor must be able to calibrate equipment from 15+ different manufacturers. • The contractor must maintain continued results from prior calibrations uninterrupted. • Interested parties must submit a written response to identify their interest and capability. • The written response must reference the solicitation number and provide a clear and concise capability statement.
