Wild Lime Park Multipurpose Field and ADA Transition and Compliance Plan

The County of Miami‑Dade is seeking a qualified general contractor to construct a new 300 ft × 180 ft multipurpose athletic field at Wild Lime Park and to bring the existing parking lot and building into full ADA compliance. The work includes installing drainage and irrigation systems, new sports lighting, concrete pads for temporary bleachers, landscaping, and striping of ADA parking. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, water and electrical services, and secure all necessary permits before commencing work. • Construct 54,000 sq ft multipurpose field with new drainage and irrigation. • Install ADA‑compliant parking lot upgrades, sports lighting, and building accessibility improvements. • Provide concrete pads, landscaping, and ADA parking striping; exclude soccer‑field striping and bleacher provision. • Contract value estimated at $953,934; project to run 270 calendar days starting April 1, 2026.
